CabanovaXL FREE When we say FREE we really mean FREE! There are no hidden costs, set-up fees or likewise. You will never receive an invoice from us. If your monthly traffic limit is esceeded, your published site will be locked until the beginning of the following month. There is no FTP access. CabanovaXL POWER + PREMIUM: Plus one-time set-up fee $9.90. All prices excl. sales tax (VAT). All prices in US $ The prices as stated above are valid for one web site produced using our software. Your web site will be available under http://loginname.cabanova.com. The POWER or PREMIUM packages include a domain and email addresses. You can also publish your Cabanova site to this domain. You will also be able to access the web space for your domain via FTP. If the monthly traffic exceeds the limit as set in the packages above, every GB or part thereof will be charged at $ 10.00 (excl. VAT). Sales Tax (VAT) policy: If you order as an individual from within the European Union (EU), VAT will be added. If you place an order as a business from within the EU (excluding Germany), and enter a valid VAT-Reg. ID, VAT will not be added. For all orders from outside the EU VAT will not be added. Note: If you already own a domain (e.g. www.mydomain.com) and have a web-hosting provider, you can publish your CabanovaXL web site via FTP onto your web space there. You can publish your site to as many domains as you choose. Minimum length of contract: 12 Months Payment: The first invoice includes the one time set-up fee and the monthly fee for the duration of the period selected (12 or 24 months). If the subscription is not cancelled before the end of the selected period of subscription, it will automatically be extended by the initially selected duration of the subscription. Payment must be made in advance via credit card or PayPal. Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. To cancel your subscription, log in to your Cabanova account, download and fill in the forms available in “My Cabanova”, and fax or send them vie regular post to Cabanova GmbH. When your account is deleted, all your web site data and personal information will be deleted from our servers. Your published web site will no longer be available.
