Yes, all the Templates within the Template Library can be edited and customized.
After you select a template of your choice from the Template Library, you can freely customize it by going to ‘Template’ and hitting ‘Edit Template’.

Every single elements of the selected template can be re-colored, resized, repositioned or deleted. New elements can be added as well by going to ‘Insert’ ribbon.
Here are the main actions you may need to carry out for template customization:
1. Object insertion
You can insert any supported object (Text, Image, Shape, Button…) into the template by simply going to ‘Insert’ and clicking on the icon which corresponds to the object you’d like to insert

2. Object customization
After inserting an object, you can customize it by left-clicking on it to edit it then use the available functions on the ‘Format’ ribbon.

If the selected object is a text box, in order to customize the text format, you need to select the text within the text box first.

3. Positioning an object:
You can position an object anywhere on the template page by simple left-clicking on it and dragging it to the spot where you’d like it positioned.

4. Deleting an object:
Any object from the Template can be deleted by simply selecting it and hitting the ‘Delete’ button at the ‘Edit’ section level.

Once done building your template, leave the template mode by clicking on ‘Close Template’ then you can start building your Webpages.
