Can I set my guestbook so that new entries are only displayed after I approve them?

Yes, you can do that indeed. Here’s how you can go about it: - From the ‘Site Structure’ menu, select the Webpage which contains the Guestbook [a] - Left-click on the Guestbook [b] to edit it then click on ‘Settings’ [c] at the ‘Format’ menu level ![]() - Uncheck the box ‘Show all new guestbook entries automatically’ [a] and hit ‘Save’ [b] ![]() No need to republish your Website, the changes are effective immediately after hitting the ‘Save’ button at the Guestbook Settings level. When there is a new entry added to the Guestbook, you’ll get automatically an email notification on the email address the Guestbook is setup with and you can approve or delete it as follows: - Edit your Website and select the Webpage containing the Guestbook from the ‘Site Structure’ menu [a] - At a pending entry section level, click on ‘Approve’ [b] if you wish to approve it or on ‘x’ [c] to delete it ![]() After approving an entry, it will be automatically displayed online on your Guestbook without republishing your Website. | |
