How do I change the color and transparency of a shape?

Here’s how you can customize the shape colors and transparency: - Left-click on the shape you’d like to customize in order to edit it ![]() Fill Color, Fill Color Transparency and Fill Style - You can choose a fill color for the shape by clicking on ‘Fill’ [a] at the ‘Colors’ section level then choosing a fill color [b] from the Color Panel ![]() - You can set the transparency of the fill color by clicking on ‘Fill’ at the ‘Colors’ section level, hitting ‘More Colors’ and using the ‘Transparency’ Slider [a] ![]() - You may choose between 4 different Fill Styles (Solid, Linear Gradient, Radial Gradient and Bitmap) by selecting the suitable one from the ‘Fill Style’ dropdown list at the Color window level ![]() - The Bitmap fill style allows you to upload your own image and apply it to the Shape as a fill style This is how you can use the bitmap fill style: 1. At the Color window level, select ‘Bitmap’ from the ‘Fill Style’ DropDownList [a] 2. You can either select one of the available Bitmaps which will be automatically applied to the shape [b] 3. Or upload you own image: - By hitting ‘Choose file’ and navigating to it, [c] - selecting it and hitting ‘Open’ - All you need to do then is to select it [b] and it will applied to the background ![]() Line Color, Line Color Transparency and Thickness - You can choose a line color for the inserted shape by clicking on ‘Line’ [a] at the ‘Colors’ section level then choosing a line color [b] from the Color Panel. ![]() - You can set the thickness of the shape line by clicking on ‘Line’ at the ‘Colors’ section level, hitting ‘More Colors’ selecting the ‘Line’ tab [a] and using the arrows of the ‘Line Thickness’ field [b] - You can set the transparency of the shape line color by using the ‘Transparency’ slider which is available on the Color Window under the ‘Line’ tab [c] ![]() | |
