We are very excited to announce the release of 50 brand new HTML5 compatible fonts for use in the Cabanova website builder, increasing the total number of fonts available from 25 to 75!
Because your website is not only published in Flash anymore but also in HTML5 format (to ensure it can viewed on tablets and smartphones such as iPads and iPhones), we decided it was the perfect time to introduce a whole set of new fonts that will look virtually identical in the Flash and HTML5 published versions of your website.
The fonts that we had until now looked great in Flash, but some of them were not rendered well in HTML5 – this problem has also been resolved. With the addition of the 50 new fonts you now have even more creative freedom when designing your website content.
Because there are so many fonts to choose from now we also created a new font picker to help you browse and find the perfect style for your website. In a scrollable list you can see each font with a preview alongside it. You can even filter the list based on the characteristics of the font you are looking for: serif, sans serif, handwriting and decorative.
We will be adding more fonts in the coming months, and the next feature we are working on is making your site navigation options even more powerful and also much easier to use. We will keep you posted.
